Does anyone know where I can get the Annihilator Helicopter in GTA 4 without cheating? I am playing on my brothers game and he has killed all 200 flying rats and apparently you get the Annihilator Helicopter once all 200 are killed. Where can I get it with all 200 killed?

I believe its at the 'helicopter tour' place.
If your done with the game and the achievements then you can just do the cheat and it wont effect the game.
Edit: the Helicopter tour place in on the 2ns island at the bottom right.
I think my record so far was 23 cars blown up in 7.5 seconds.... still no trophy?? what the hell??
I've blown up way more than 10 cars in way less than 10 seconds so many times now, I've exceeded the requirements to get the trophy so many times now I've lost count, anyone have any ideas as to why the trophy isn't unlocking?
Before anyone says, I have not used any cheats that block the trophy... there aren't any.
and this save was created after the trophy patch, so that's not the problem either....
...I'm assuming It's a bug :/
I can vouch for the Motorcycle Shop method described above. The Dealer is in the Leftwood neighborhood on the Alderney Island, a block or so south of that Burger Shot restaurant.
Ok I have GTA IV For Both ps3 and 360 but after 4.5 hours of searching for tank cheats Their Is none Why?.Will they add a tank cheat with a content download and a couple of Military Missions.GTA is'nt GTA without a Tank Cheat I'm Highly dissapointed and they don't even have a money cheat.or a jet Just A B/S Helicopter that can't even shoot missiles ,just bullets.Sigh It's just not As I had Hoped i9t would be but still good though.
Why no tank cheat? The answer is more tragic than you think: There are NO tanks in GTAIV. I know, I couldn't believe it man.
Keep your hopes up though, it is likely an item in the expansion due in August.
