will using cheats on GTA 4 block already gained trophies/achievements?

as the title says will me using a cheat that lets say blocks the "uncle vlad" trophy/achievement will it block it if i have already got the trophy/achievement that it blocks? (I'm using trophy/achievement as i want to know if using cheats when i have all trophies/achievements on my ps3 and 360 will block the trophies and achievements i already have)

Achievements/Trophies already unlocked are there to stay. Only things that you haven't unlocked can be blocked by the game.
