Are there actually any online (PS3) cheats for GTA 4?

I watched a video on youtube where people did a demolition derby by walking into this giant circular area and then spawning cars, but i can't find any online cheats anywhere. I just really want to have a demo derby with some of my friends and none of us can find the cheats to do this.

GTA4 is for the 360 and computer as well, I am sure you know. They probably hosted the server themselves with a modification they came up with (Basically a hack) to play like that. But in their own server so they didn't get banned.
