For Call Of Duty 5, is there anyway i can play the zombie level without having to go thru the enitre campaign?

I just rented cod 5 for my ps3 and i just want to play the nazi zombie level with my friend
are there any cheats i can use to make this happen? or do i have to go though the entire game?
if i cant. are there any good cheats that will make the campaign easier?

You can play Nazi zombies wirmthout having to beat the game you just need to play with someone who has beaten the game. If you don't know anyone then beat the game on recruit I beat it in about three hours. Hope this helps
