HOW TO PUT IN PS3 CHEATS?

ok, my kids are trying to figure out how to put ps3 cheats in. they have a usb keyboard. the game is elder scrolls 4 oblivion. they have a list of cheats to type in but they have no idea how or where to even start to put them in. so can someone please explain step by step on where to go and how. thank you

The Cheats(really console commands) are only for the computer version.

Try this site though its has guides for everything in Oblivion(www.uesp.net)
