If you use cheat codes in gta 4 episodes from liberty city for xbox 360 , will it block achievements?

I have the original gta 4 for ps3 and it blocks trophies if i use cheats. will it do the same for xbox 360?
I dont care about hitting 100% but what achievements are blocked when i use cheats and what cheats can i use without blocking achievements

Does anyone know where I can get the Annihilator Helicopter in GTA 4 without cheating? I am playing on my brothers game and he has killed all 200 flying rats and apparently you get the Annihilator Helicopter once all 200 are killed. Where can I get it with all 200 killed?

I believe its at the 'helicopter tour' place.
If your done with the game and the achievements then you can just do the cheat and it wont effect the game.

Edit: the Helicopter tour place in on the 2ns island at the bottom right.
