will using cheats on GTA 4 block already gained trophies/achievements?

as the title says will me using a cheat that lets say blocks the "uncle vlad" trophy/achievement will it block it if i have already got the trophy/achievement that it blocks? (I'm using trophy/achievement as i want to know if using cheats when i have all trophies/achievements on my ps3 and 360 will block the trophies and achievements i already have)

Achievements/Trophies already unlocked are there to stay. Only things that you haven't unlocked can be blocked by the game.

Assassins Creed PS3 help!!?

Memory Blk 06. I'm up to the part where I'm at the funeral and listening to the guy speak, i wait in the cemetery for the cut scene to finish and then a heap of Templar's and Robert and some guards chase me, i escape up to the rooftops and use the hint to keep moving and turning around whacking some of the roof and then running to a different spot and repeating the process..... In the end i still get mowed down, i can;t seem to get past it and I'm stuck...

I have the cheat code for Infinite Life.....

(circle,L2,X,square,triangle,R2,L2) it says to enter it at the main menu, which main menu and i've tried countless times and it doesn't work, how do i know it's registered.......

Has anyone passed this bit, any helpful hints, i really want to finish this game, Assassins Creed 2 is on it's way and I want to finish the first part before i start the second.....
I DON'T WANT TO BE SENT TO A WALKHTROUGH OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.... I'VE ALREADY LOOKED AND THEY AREN'T TOO HELPFUL

It really just takes a little practice and patience. The key here is to use all of your weapons and abilities. Always use the target lock. Use the defensive counters. Don't sit there and just mash the attack button with the strong sword. Switch things up. If you have a group of guards around you switch to the short blade. If you find one guy on his his own a few feet away, send a throwing knife at him. If he's close enough use the hidden blade. If there are too many guys on top of you, use circle to grab and throw one or two away from you. If you're going to go up to the roof tops to escape, kill all the guards in the area before you trigger the mission. It will help take some of the heat off after you start being chased.

And don't worry about finishing the game before AC2 comes out. The game hasn't even been out for a year, and I don't think they even have a release date planned yet.
